The "Recreation Area" subproject was funded by the German Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) Development Bank under the "Social Infrastructure and Energy Efficiency" Program, Phare II in the context of German Financial Co-operation with the Republic of Moldova and has been implemented with the technical assistance of PE "The Moldova Social Investment Fund "

As a result of collaborating with MSIF, the community has gained more benefits, including:

 
  - financial support for the rehabilitation of the social infrastructure entity, which will increase the accessofpopulation to improved social services;

  - training on capabilities to find possibilities for solving priority problems;

 
  - developing capacities of community actors involved in the project implementation;

 
  - knowledge and practical skills in public procurement service;

 
  - increasing the responsibility of the community to ensure sustainability of the investment.
