
Since the beginning of this month, another three kindergartens were reopened after completion of renovation works, carried out within the "Program of technical and financial assistance, provided by the Romanian Government for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova". The matter is about the kindergarten-daycare centre "Voinicel" in Bahrinesti village, Floresti rayon, the kindergarten-daycare centre "Ghiocel" in Taraclia village, Causeni rayon, and the kindergarten in Sauca village, Ocnita rayon. The inauguration events were attended by the Executive Manager and the Deputy Manager of the Moldova Social Investment Fund (MSIF), Mircea Eşanu and Liuba Kuznetsov, rayon authorities and local public administrations, kindergartens administrations and parents. The grant amount is 20 million euros. Every second kindergarten in the country will be renovated for these money.
The kindergarten-daycare centre "Voinicel" in Bahrinesti village, Floresti rayon, benefited this year from the financial support, provided by the Romanian Government. The kindergarten roof has been replaced, new windows and doors have been installed, the exterior walls have been insulated and the facade of the institution has been fully renovated for money offered through MSIF, 1.5 million lei. Also, major repairs have been carried out in an unfinished two-story building. The heating system and the floor have been installed, toilets and washrooms have been arranged, the water supply and the sewage systems have been rebuilt, and the interior walls have been renovated.
Another preschool institution, which has benefited from financial assistance, provided by the Romanian Government to our country, is the kindergarten-daycare center "Ghiocel" in the Taraclia village, Causeni rayon. Since 1977, when it was opened, the major renovation of this institution has not been ever carried out. This year, 820 000 lei have been allocated through MSIF, money for which the roof of the institution has been replaced, thermal insulation of exterior wall has been made, and the facade of the building has been renovated, new windows have been installed. Currently, the kindergarten-daycare center "Ghiocel" is attended by 140 children.
Present at the inauguration event, the Executive Manager of the MSIF, Mircea Eşanu, appreciated the renovations that have been made in the kindergarten from Taraclia. "The repairs made in kindergarten are due to, primarily, the significant assistance offered unconditional by the Romanian Government - 20 mil. euros. Such renovations are taking place in other about 700 preschool institutions in the country. But the results are the merit also of the local public authorities, the management of the kindergarten, who showed great persistence and perseverance. Good conditions in the kindergarten ensures training of children and offers parents the assurance that their little ones are in good hands. It is important to preserve what was renovated," Mircea Eşanu said.
Also, the kindergarten in the Sauca locality, Ocnita rayon, has been renovated, thanks to the grant provided by the Romanian Government. Thus, the second block of the kindergarten has been renovated and equipped with new furniture for the money, allocated through MSIF, in the amount of 530 000 lei, where group of children another will be placed. Also, the festival and the sports halls have been repaired.
Mayors of localities, administrations of preschool institutions sand parents have thanked to the Government of Romania and the Moldova Social Investment Fund for the contribution they have made in the renovation of kindergartens. "The beauty educates good people. All children deserve to grow up and develop in comfortable conditions. During the process of the renovation of the kindergarten I had reliable friends: the Government of Romania, the MSIF and the Mayor of the locality. We express gratitude to all partners," the administrator of the kindergarten from Taraclia, Ana Bocancea, said.

The beneficiaries of the grant, provided by the Romanian Government, are 774 preschool institutions in 32 rayons of the country and more than 200 thousand people: children, parents, teachers and support staff.
