The construction of the kindergarten with a capacity of 3 groups in Braila village, Bacioi community, Chisinau municipality, is financed within the Technical and Financial Assistance Program granted by the Romanian Government for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova (GD no. 132/2017). The new kindergarten will make possible the creation of access to improved conditions for early education for over 70 children from the locality.
We would like to point out that since 2014 the Government of Romania has allocated a total amount of 29 million Euros within the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova spent for the renovation and equipping of kindergartens in the Republic of Moldova. Over 1000 kindergartens have been renovated and equipped for these funds.
The Public Institution “Moldovan Social Investment Fund” has been designated as the entity responsible for the preparation, implementation and reporting on the implementation of subprojects financed by the Romanian Government.

Civil works are carried out by the SRL "Unicons AI" company. The contract will be executed within 11 months, its amount for the I stage, is 4,200,142.36 lei (the amount of the grant allocated by the Government of Romania, administered by MSIF is 2,147,191.97 lei, and the contribution of the Bacioi Community Hall - 2,108,300.00 lei)
The following civil works will be carried out within the first stage: earthworks, replacement of the roof, replacement of carpentry items, interior repair works, exterior repair works, replacement of interior water supply and sewerage networks, replacement of the interior wiring and electrical equipment, replacement of the exterior heat supply network, replacement of exterior water supply and sewerage networks, strengthening of the load carrying structures, replacement of the external power supply network.
The tender for final civil works, the next stage, will be held this year; it will be financed from the local budget, including the request of the support from municipal authorities and the identification of other partners for the project.
