PHOTO ALBUM WITH THE MOST SPECTACULAR SOCIAL PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED WITH THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OF THE PI MSIF AND THE SUPPORT OF THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT THROUGH KFW BANK

 

A photo album with the most spectacular social projects implemented by the PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund" with the support of the German Government through KfW Bank was released in the Republic of Moldova. The Project was implemented throughout the country in the period 2005-2020. In total, 235 projects have been implemented in over 225 localities in 29 rayons of the Republic of Moldova.

 

Angela Ganinnger, the Ambassador of Germany to the Republic of Moldova: “Subprojects are aimed at community development through the renovation of schools, kindergartens, sewerage and drinking water supply systems, new roads, street lighting and establishing partnerships between communities on both banks of the Dniester River.Germany has been supporting the Republic of Moldova since 1992. This support in terms of money made up over 320 million Euros during this period.This means that we want you to have better living conditions, modern infrastructure and quality municipal services”.

 

Sergiu Guțu, the Director of KfW Office in the Republic of Moldova: “In addition to the implementation of social infrastructure projects so important for a decent life, we are glad that this program has contributed to the development of the capacity to mobilize funds and implement social infrastructure projects”.

 

Iurie Chiorescu, the Director of PI MSIF: “Application of the principle“ first-come-first-served”contributed to the development of the spirit of competitiveness, mobilization of human and financial resources of the local community, development of capacities of community actors and active and transparent involvement of the population in solving pressing community problems.”

 

The photo album has 50 pages with several social projects presented in it, which have essentially contributed to changing the life of communities.
