"Mihai Eminescu" Gymnasium in Telenesti town is one of 17 general rayon schools that benefit from investments for renovation within the "Moldova Education Reform Project" funded by the World Bank and managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, through the PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund" (PI MSIF).

On August 18, 2020, Mr. Iurie Chiorescu, the Director of the PI MSIF, paid a visit to the gymnasium, during which it was found that the contractor complies with the schedule of works. Although the deadline for execution of the contract is 21.10.2020, currently the site is ready for the general acceptance stage at finalization of works, which will take place on August 21 this year.

The total cost of executed works is - 13 216 971.41 lei

Currently, PI MSIF monitors the development of renovation works carried out in compliance with health and epidemiological norms in 11 educational institutions benefiting from investments, civil works will be finalized until the beginning of a new schoolyear in 8 of them.
