The institution was renovated within the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova (GD no. 28/2019) managed by the PI “Moldova Social Investment Fund”.
Participants in the inauguration event: His Excellency the Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Daniel Ioniță, Mrs. Violeta Popa, the Head of the Soldanesti Education Department, Mr. Nicolae Gonţa, the Mayor of the locality, representatives of the PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund", Mrs. Ecaterina Bulmaga, the Head of the kindergarten, teachers and parents; they mentioned in their messages the considerable impact of this subproject for the whole community.
The most important beneficiaries of the subproject - children from the kindergarten, also received congratulations, and they delighted the honored guests with poetry reading, songs and a good mood.
The implementation of this subproject contributed to the creation of better conditions for early education of 2 groups of children attended by about 60 preschool children and 20 teachers and support staff in kindergarten
Five hundred thousand lei were allocated for the implementation of the subproject from the grant of the Romanian Government. In turn, the Local public administration contributed about 500 thousand to ensure the immediate impact of the investment. The roof was built at the kindergarten, the facade was insulated, the socle has been tiled, the supporting wall has been constructed, windows have been replaced, the interior and exterior water supply and sewerage networks have been replaced, wiring and electrical equipment have been replaced, etc. It is important to mention that an annex to the existing building of the kindergarten was built within the subproject, in which two bathroom units were built. So far, the children have gone to the WC in the kindergarten yard.
Civil works were executed by the BECAD SRL company within the period from 02.10.2020 through 01.05.2021.
General information about the Program:
The list of subprojects at preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova was approved for financing based on the ORDER no. 913 of April 10, 2014, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, on the publication of the Cooperation Program for 2014, concluded by exchange of letters, signed in Bucharest and Chisinau on April 9, 2014, based on Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Agreement between the Government Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, regarding the implementation of the Technical and Financial Assistance Program based on a non-reimbursable financial aid amounting to 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on April 27, 2010.
The PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund" (MSIF) is designated as the entity responsible for preparing, implementation , ensuring the transparency and reporting of the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova by the Government Decision no. 436 of 10.06.2014 on the implementation of the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova.

2015 - 3 million Euros allocated based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova of 14.11.2014 within the "Increasing children's access and participation in early education in the Republic of Moldova" Project

2019 - 3 million Euros (GD no. 28/2019)
A total of 29 million Euros were allocated by the Romanian Government. over 1000 kindergartens in our country have been renovated and equipped with different categories of goods for these money.
